Job Description
Your responsibilities
Do stuff that matters - become a part of our Solution Engineering Team and do your own part to digitize the energy industry together with us, making renewable energy accessible and affordable everywhere.
It is important to us that the gridX family grows with the right people - therefore we are waiting for you, even if you have a longer period of notice in your current job or if a relocation to Aachen or Munich is imminent.
- You act as a technical consultant in sales and accompany our customers from the first creative idea to the completed implementation of our product solutions
- You are in the lead of customer discussions regarding technical feasibility and support our Sales and Business Development departments in defining project scopes and goals
- You will focus on promoting and implementing an API-first approach for the integration of our products
- You collect customer feedback and project insights and implement concrete initiatives together with the product owners to ensure that the gridX technology is always one step ahead of the competition
- You are a technical sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders when it comes to evaluating technologies
- You work closely with our Product, Solution, Development, Sales and Customer Success departments
Your profile
- You have a technical degree in computer science, electrical/mechanical or industrial engineering or similar and at least 2 years of working experience
- You have a strong technical understanding, which you want to show with your hands-on mentality
- You work structured and efficiently in combination with a high level of energy and solution orientation
- Expressive communication, assertiveness and working in a team are self-explanatory to you
- You are no stranger to software tools such as Jira / Big Picture
- Experience in the IoT or energy sector is an advantage
- Business fluent in German and English, Spanish or French is an advantage
