Hiring a Technical Product Manager role requiring hands on experience solutioning PLM concepts deployable to cloud. As a Cloud PLM Technical Product Manager you will enable migration of current PLM stack across multiple PDO teams and deliver Vehicle Software and Electrical Management initiatives.
You will use technical judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews challenge proposals and build consensus between teams and stakeholders as you usher projects through the entire project lifecycle.
This includes architecture decisions cloud enablement managing backlog removing roadblocks and communicating broadly with multiple functional groups and stakeholders. In this position you will manage multiple POCs to experiment and innovate Teamcenter cloud integration opportunities from ideation to launch. Responsibilities
Drive cloud enablement of Vehicle Software and Electrical portfolio deployed on Teamcenter with active integration across cloud deployed OverTheAir (OTA) product portfolio.
Have an API first mindset with cloud agnostic architecture and identify opportunities for improvement define requirements and collaborate crossfunctionally and crossproduct areas to improve processes and tools.
Manage risks and resolve issues across a dynamic fastpaced highly matrixed organization.
Drive organization needs into Vendor (SIEMENS) product life cycle (Teamcenter and Teamcenter Systems Engineering)
Understand system APIs and interdependencies and lead crossfunctional teams to align and deliver on technical solutions.
Ensure clear accountability timelines and continuous change management to deliver timely highquality results.
Familiarity with roadmap planning change control forecasting and release process management.
Facilitate continuous improvement and crossorganization events in collaboration with Engineering or Product Management leaders.
Skills Required:
Must have Prior verifiable experience transitioning/migrating PLM tech stack (preferably Teamcenter) to cloud GCP.
Must have in depth knowledge and experience with PLM toolset Teamcenter Unified Architecture.
Must have Prior experience integration PLM products with Cloud native application ecosystem.
Must have in depth knowledge and prior experience architecting and deploying PLM solutions to cloud.
Deep experience in Software Engineering Agile practices and DevSecOps.
Extensive experience developing and deploying cloud native solutions.
Requirements
Experience Required:
Strong validated experience communicating directly with leadership proactive problem solving and critical thinking.
Validated experience integrating PLM products with cloud native applications GCP AWS
Experience facilitating building or overhauling a Change Management process.
Experience working crossfunctionally leading a program or product delivery with both technical and nontechnical members.
Hands on experience and knowledge of Agile and scaled Agile methodologies.
Strong experience with Site Reliability Engineering principles
Expertise in AEM technologies, including AEM components, templates, workflows, and DAM Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, React, and other web development technologies Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality code on time and on budget Experience with DevOps tools and processes, such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker Experience in AWS or Azure or other cloud platforms Experience in microservices and/or service-oriented architecture Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in AEM full-stack development, including building and maintaining AEM-based web applications Education Required: Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
