Job Title: Technical PM (Should be a programmer in the past)

Client: Shake Shack

Location: New York (REMOTE)

Skill Set: Project Management, AWS, Java Microservices (Python is a plus)

Hiring Mode: FTE / SC

Rate: $70/hr CTC or $60/hr W2

Technical PM have a sharp technical and business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level project initiatives. They are responsible for overseeing the achievement of larger delivery goals. They lead the overall project with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation the project deliveries. Technical Project managers are highly technically skilled professionals who help the project to stay on schedule, on spec, and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth. They are also assisting on technical side and keep team motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture project success from inception to completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical PM experience and able to coordinate with offshore team

Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

Manage program and project teams for optimal ROI, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.

Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Develop and manage budget for projects and deliver established business goals/objectives.

Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.

Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
