Job Description

  • Responsible for implementing the plans and schedules necessary for all maintenance department tasks
  • Receive the assays from the technicians of the maintenance center and the workshop and send them to the warehouse management for pricing
  • Deposit all assays on the system and send them to the customer after pricing them to obtain approval from the client
  • Follow up with clients to obtain technical assay approvals
  • Responsible for unpacking reports in maintenance schedules and sending them to the supervisor for distribution to technicians
  • Follow-up with warehouse management in pricing assays and preparing spare parts
  • Receive supply orders for spare parts and follow up their disbursement from the warehouse management
  • Preparing a report to disburse spare parts from stores and send it to the maintenance manager
  • Preparing the requirements of the necessary materials, equipment and spare parts for the maintenance department and approving them by the maintenance manager
  • Receive technical reports from the supervisor, including the complete case in the name of the customer and the condition of the equipment, and conduct all maintenance work and deposit them on the system
  • Receive all operating reports and ensure that the customer has signed them to ensure the safety of equipment operation and deposited on the system
  • Follow up the issuance of bills with the Accounts Department
  • Preparing an operating approval for the new equipment and approving it by the maintenance manager
  • Ensure compliance with the standards of occupational health and safety systems when carrying out maintenance work
  • Preparing the maintenance department's periodic reports and submitting them to the maintenance manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration
  • Experience from 2 -5 years in the same position
  • Excellent in MS office
  • Good in english language
