Job Responsibilities For All the Above Positions

• Demonstrate expertise in ship design providing technical guidance and support.
• Proficient in CADMATIC or Aveva Marine ensuring the teams competence in utilizing these tools.
• Lead ship design projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Provide guidance to Executives Design Assistants and other team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to ship design within the organization.
• Oversee and coordinate between Hull Engineering and Electrical departments.

General Requirements for above all positions:

• B.E/B.Tech in Naval Architecture Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering. A Masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Ship Design field.
• Proficiency in CADMATIC or Aveva Marine is mandatory.
• Indepth knowledge of the entire ship design and shipbuilding processes.
• Proven experience in project management of ship design projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
• You are ready to serve minimum service commitment of 1.5 years in our company.
