We are seeking a talented Python Full Stack Developer to join our team exclusively for our Twill product. As a key member of our engineering department you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the backend and frontend components of our web applications. If you are passionate about leveraging the latest technologies to create seamless and intuitive user experiences in the digital health space we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Backend:

• Strong proficiency in building backend services in Python.
• Expertise in developing web applications using the Flask framework.
• Indepth understanding of relational database models query optimization and SQLAlchemy or similar ORM.
• Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL Redis and Amazon S3 or similar tooling for backend storage and caching.
• Familiarity with building highperformance asynchronous APIs using frameworks such as Starlette and FastAPI.
• Experience with common API authentication and authorization patterns including OAuth OIDC and JWT.
• Knowledge of distributed message queue patterns for managing background jobs and asynchronous processing.

Frontend:

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in utilizing Jinja2 templating engine for serverside rendering with Flask.
• Proficiency in CSS3 responsive web design principles and CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of web accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and related best practices.
• Nice to have: Experience with TypeScript/CoffeeScript for writing expressive and clean JavaScript.
• Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in building backend services and frontend components using Python.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Jinja2 templating engine for serverside rendering with Flask.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
