Tax & Legal Services - People Team - Recruitment Senior Associate -

  • Education - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on positions within Tax and Legal practice;
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
  • Familiarity with current trends and best practices in recruiting within the specific industry;
  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate suitability and alignment with organizational needs;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and hiring managers to understand staffing needs;
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related software;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals;
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the recruitment process;
  • Competency in conducting effective interviews, including behavioral and competency-based interviews;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and objectives;
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and continuously improve recruiting skills;
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information;
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
