  • Working closely with the People Development team for deployment and vendor partnership, accelerate the strategy and design (post-pilots) of development programmes for high-potential leadership talent, potentially expanding to additional career directions of technical and project/programme management. Provide overall thought leadership on leadership development, building a robust framework and strategy for effective and inclusive leadership at AVEVA that will meet the future needs of the business. Utilizing this framework and strategy to connect across other leadership programmes and initiatives in the People Development team and function capability teams ensuring a consistent framework, approach, and language.
  • Develop and drive the talent strategy for specific function/s to ensure future ready talent for sustainable business success. Partner with the HRBPs, Function capability managers (where applicable), leaders and managers to identify function talent challenges and opportunities. Co-creating targeted talent and development strategies and solutions as needed (together with the wider Talent team), coaching leaders and HRBPs and helping to build a talent mindset aligned to our AVEVA values. Embed the global talent, performance and development principles and products within the function.
  • Act as a talent scout to enable visibility, rotation, and talent exchange, promoting and supporting the career growth of talent in the specific function/s of responsibility. Harmonize different talent practices to enable effective, consistent, and sustainable practices that build a strong talent pipeline and promote careers and development for everyone.
  • Work closely with the wider Talent Management and People Development teams to contribute and lead projects that shape the talent strategy, agenda and approach aligned to the AVEVA Values and technically enabled through the new HRIS. Bring different thinking, thought leadership, talent expertise and a willingness to challenge the existing practices.
