- Monitor and manage development of a web-based database for recording, tracking, and reporting municipal fixed assets in coordination with MOLA and CVDB; and ensure the database is compatible with other automation efforts that are underway in MOLA and municipalities.
- Monitor and manage development of a web-based financial management dashboard that consolidates municipal financial data through the financial management information system (FMIS) for analysis; and provide targeted technical assistance.
- Monitor and manage implementation of external, independent audits, and annual financial statements in up to three municipalities; develop standard terms of reference, financial auditing standards, and criteria for selection of external auditors in compliance with international accounting standards, including accrual-based accounting.
