About the role
We are seeking a detailoriented and datadriven Talent Management Analytics Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical in developing implementing and analyzing metrics and analytics related to talent management that support our organizations strategic objectives especially in areas such as career development promotions employee engagement and retention strategies.
The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of talent management focusing on performance development leadership and training and be able to drive analytics supporting organizational improvement.
As a part of your job you will:
Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs that align with our organizational goals.
Design and implement effective talent management metrics and analytics frameworks to measure performance potential and progress against strategic goals.
Build and maintain a comprehensive talent management dashboard to provide actionable insights to HR and leadership facilitating informed decisionmaking.
Lead thorough analyses of talent data to identify trends challenges and opportunities within the organization. Translate complex data findings into understandable actionable recommendations.
Utilize HR systems effectively to track and analyze employee data ensuring accurate management of personnel information.
Review and enhance talent management processes and metrics to ensure they remain relevant effective and aligned with IT industry best practices.
Participate in succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity and support organizational resilience.
Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and leaders on talent management best practices.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in talent management and human resources to continuously improve our strategies and initiatives.
What are we looking for
Bachelors degree in human resources business administration analytics or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in HR analytics talent management or a similar role preferably in the IT industry.
Deep knowledge of talent management processes including performance management employee development succession planning and workforce planning
Proficient in HR information systems and technologies with strong analytical skills to develop and interpret talent management dashboards and reports.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel HCM Power BI).
Fluent in English.

Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
