As a Talent Insights Analyst you will be tasked with creating comprehensive talent maps spanning across multiple departments within EMAPTA including Recruitment Growth Customer Success Business Development Marketing and the CEO Office. Your role will require adaptability in utilizing a range of online search engines understanding Boolean logic and keyword stemming principles as well as employing search aggregators to mine data from social networks.

• Oneyear relevant work experience as Talent Intelligence professional
  
• Strong knowledge in recruitment and mid to advance level in Boolean search strings and other advanced search techniques to identify potential candidates on job boards social media and professional networks.
  
• Can do simple talent research and market research
  
• Experienced in LinkedIn JobStreet Monster and different Job portals.
  
• Knowledgeable in Excel and PowerPoint Presentations. Experienced in data visualization.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
  
• Experienced in searching for salary rate.
  
• Creation of sample profiles and job description
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skill.

Talent Intelligence

• Responsible for creating talent maps across various departments within EMAPTA including Recruitment Growth Customer Success Business Development Marketing and CEO Office.
  
• Adaptable in employing various online search engines understanding Boolean logic and keyword stemming principles utilizing search aggregators mining data from social networks and identifying and assessing skilled professionals.
  
• Capability to thoroughly delve into and comprehend the requirements/criteria of the role and produce a detailed and comprehensive report.
  
• Proactive in achieving outcomes and instigating change in dynamic and rapidly changing environments.
  
• Offers insight and recommendations driven by data to aid strategic decisionmaking.
  
• Offers essential support to all our verticals including IT F&A Sales & Marketing Engineering Back Office & Business Support and BPO.
  
• Conduct talent market research and provide insights on talent pool availability updated competencies total rewards practices (focusing on compensation and benefits) and hiring trends
  
• Provides accurate timely and wellinformed market intelligence that can be used to impact hiring strategies generate business develop client relationships or for additional general knowledge sharing purposes
  

Administrative

• Ensuring that the Talent Intelligence Tracker is updated.
  
• Acknowledgement of New Request within 12 hours of receipt excluding Saturday s and Sundays.
  

Reporting

• Assists in delivering talent insight reports or intelligence reports aiming to formulate effective sourcing strategies enhance candidate quality and function as a genuine talent advisor.
  
• Assists in presenting datadriven recommendations to Business to help shape talent acquisition strategies and make informed business decisions
  
• Assists in maintaining talent intelligence dashboards and regular reports
  
• Excellent presentation skills of Insights products to client and team members being able to convey findings and suggested next steps
  

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand their needs and provide meaningful insights to aid them in decisions
  
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively and be able to communicate the impact of insights for account deliverables
  
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with client and wider team to drive the engagement of Insights
  

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform any administrative or nonadministrative duties as assigned by any of the Company s representatives from time to time through direct written order or verbal assignment.
