We are looking for a strategic and resultsdriven Digital Head to lead our digital sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth enhance brand visibility and expand our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital sales marketing and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.
  2. Identify target markets customer segments and key trends to optimize sales and marketing campaigns.
  3. Build UI/UX oversee digital advertising campaigns SEO/SEM strategies email marketing social media engagement and other digital channels to maximize brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  4. Analyze sales and marketing data track KPIs and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  5. Develop and manage budgets for digital sales and marketing activities ensuring costeffective strategies and resource allocation.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in digital sales and marketing.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders partners and industry influencers to support business growth and collaboration opportunities.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations privacy policies and ethical standards in all digital sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Proven experience (10 years) in digital sales marketing or a related role with a track record of driving revenue growth and leading teams to success.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital sales and marketing channels including ecommerce platforms social media content marketing SEO/SEM and digital advertising.
  4. Experience in managing and motivating teams with excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with analytical and problemsolving abilities able to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as CRM software Google Analytics marketing automation tools and social media management tools.
  7. Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets KPIs and ROI metrics.
  8. Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic environment drive innovation and lead change initiatives.
  9. Strong business acumen decisionmaking skills and the ability to influence crossfunctional teams.
  10. Commitment to continuous learning professional development and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
