An MNC Retail-based Company is currently hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them in their Selangor
Key responsibilities include:
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition related role
Having experience recruiting for retail-based staff from entry to management
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial sourcing, screening, assessments, and
Enlist job postings on forums which can source new candidates at the time of hiring such as newspapers, social media, advertisements,
Analyzes and reports on employment statistics, including cost per hire, source of hire, and diversity recruiting
Excellent communication and interpersonal
