- Setup & configuration for ZagTrader systems.
- Respond to Customer Inquiries (IT and Business) and Assist in Troubleshooting and Resolving Challenges.
- Preparation of Documented Detailed Business Requirements and Functional Specifications of New System or System for Enhancement in Coordination with System Users.
- Submit, Coordinate and Discuss the Detailed Requirement Specifications to Development Team for Programming And/or System Configuration.
- Assist Users in Converting to the Systems Being Implemented and Adapting to New Procedures Required by the System Conversion.
