• Support the customization of the MIS as per the business needs of the Regular Monthly Program which will be integrated in the future to Takaful program that was developed by Optimizia;
• Support NAF to during the handover of the system from Optimiza and take a lead role in ensuring the system is well functional and that the key deliverables from the Optimiza as a part of the handover are in acceptable condition to independently maintain the system with minimal support or without from Optimiza, if needed;
• Understand the business needs for the integration of Regular Monthly Program with the NUR platform and infrastructure for seamless data exchange with other external agencies;
• Conducting a diagnostic review, system analysis and assessment of the existing NAF system and a new cash transfer program to document a summary outline of the findings, gather business requirements, recommendations with a view of fulfilling the outlined objectives of this assignment;
