Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description

• Following up on the consumption of the services in the Company through the Company’s System
• Forecasting the required demands
• Working on daily reports for the demands
• Planning for long term services & following up on it
• Analyzing all the services on daily & monthly basis
• Checking the consumption on daily basis
• Following up with the business team for any new services as well as the finance team to facilitate the process
• Negotiating with the finance team for cash demands related to services.
• Comparing between the consumption of the Company & operators to check for any variances.
• Working on dashboards on Excel.

Job Requirements

• Experience 1-2 yrs. in the same position
• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, preferably business administration or logistics
• Proven experience in office (specially Excel) is a must
• Proven experience with dashboards & analysis
• Awareness of supply chain process & methodologies
• Proven experience with forecasting
• Very good Communication skills
• Very good Negotiation skills
• Stress Handling
• Details oriented
• Problem solving skills
• Team player
• Good command of English
