Tasks

• You are responsible for time and costeffective planning of resouces inventories and purchases
• Coordinate purchase orders to meet ERP demand.
• Monitor warehouse inventory and manage purchase order status.
• Investigate and document quality requirements for parts.
• Maintain and update item master data consistently.
• Optimize logistics and inventory by utilizing data from ERP and Supplier Portals.
• Ensure data integrity through actively participating in ERP compliance processes.
• Assist in implementing Vendor Managed Inventory solutions for efficiency.
• Develop dashboards for daily business operations and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• Several years experience working in supply chain management logistics and procurement
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning applications such as SAP INFOR Oracle etc.
• Ideally working experience in Aerospace Automotive Energy Medical Railway or comparable industries
• Fluent in English
• Outstanding communication skills
• Goaloriented and autonomous working style
