Open Position: Supply Chain Manager (MNC Food Packaging Company)

An MNC Food Packaging Company is looking for Supply Chain Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor manufacturing plant.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Work closely with Sales, Production and Sourcing in a newly created function of supply chain.
• Manage planning, warehouse and purchasing team.
• Pinpoint ways to enhance workflow to be more effective by using technology and creating clear SOPs.
• Drive cost down throughout the chain.
• Meet customer service expectation by strategic plans and reviews.
• Manage inventory, scheduling to meet corporate KPI.
• Identify new approach to sourcing and production scheduling to meet lead times and exceed market expectations.
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Finance/Engineering.
• More than 5 years in manager position in related position, with manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong planning skills (SOP, capacity planning, strategy planning, forecast accuracy, savings opportunity)
• Have knowledge of inventory control and transportation costs.
