Supply Chain Associate Analyst Innovation Coordinator - Cairo Business Services

We are recruiting a System Administrator Server

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Document end user support, network security, and server maintenance procedures for the maintenance of stable network operations and secure network environments.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot issues related to systems, services, and associated server hardware and operating systems, network devices (WAPs, switchesetc.), CIFS shares, Active Directory user accounts and group permissions.
• Proactively review and monitor system logs identifying potential hardware/software issues and/or security violations.
• Perform operating system and/or hardware upgrades as required, following IT Department change management processes.
• Participate in the identification and testing of new solutions and services, following IT Department testing guidelines, industry standards, and best practices.
• Work with staff to research cost, supply, and performance standards for equipment, software, and vendors.
• Make technical recommendations for service enhancements.
• Test new hardware and software for integrity and usability.
• Participate in the disaster recovery program that involves business resumption and Emergency Operations Center activities, including planning, testing, and deployment of services associated with the operation of network systems.
• Maintain vendors, support agreements, licensing, and performs security audits as identified.
• Develop and manage systems level requirements, develop operational systems concepts, originating design concepts or performing systems level integration and test for highly complex systems.
• Write custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention.
• Conduct user management services
• Perform release management activities
• Design and implement best practices.
• Perform Azure Management related activities.
• Provide support for Exchange Online, SMTP Gateway Servers, Email Security Appliances
• Handle security administration tasks
• Perform Security Management related activities and provide support services as needed
• Handle and manage Email capacity.
