- Implementing the global business area strategy as well as divisions strategies in the countries within the area of responsibility, providing input to global business area and divisions,
- Ensuring achievement of established targets through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Delivering operational/project targets ensuring customer satisfaction and improv-ing net promoter score (NPS), having oversight of local business areas in other countries, leading, and managing the production units as allocated by the business area and implementing local plans to achieve targets.
- Improving manufacturing technology and competence in line with business areas/divisions strategy, executing the sourcing strategy in line with business area strategy and processes, managing all local supply chain requirements to meet targets, executing business area/divisions operational excellence strategy and quality standards.
- Driving executional excellence across all products/ projects/services and processes through target set-ting, monitoring, and benchmarking for innovative processes, maintaining compliance with quality standards and developing systems for capturing, monitoring, and improving day to day operations, driving productivity, delivery performance and cost optimization.
