Job Description

- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supports championing the culture of the team by arranging for appropriate celebrations, recognitions, and team-building activities.
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts ( services ,etc. )
- Organizes and maintains office files in order to process routine records and forms
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Maintaining the general upkeep of the premises
- Attend to general issues and fixing simple problems
- Contact relevant personnel for troubleshooting complex issues
- Assist, guide, or delegate tasks to appropriate team members as required by the head.
- Follows up pending items with appropriate staff to ensure the timely completion of assignments
- Manages and Monitors office resources, including petty cash, stationery, equipment, etc…
- Onboard New and transferred team members to include user id creation, seat placement, device readiness, etc…
- Assists the head of department with administration, logistics, and other appropriate business requirements
