Job Description

- Responsible for coordinating internal resources and vendors for the smooth execution of the project(s)
- Ensure that the project(s) are delivered on time and within the budget and scope
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Determine and define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Monitor project progress and provide updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about progress, adjustments, and identified issues and risks
- Responsible for managing the changes in project scope, schedule, and cost
- Track development vendor capacity, velocity, and burndown
- Manage the daily and weekly cadences for different working groups
- Attend key development meetings as per agreed cadence (e.g. daily meetings, planning and tech refinement sessions)
- Lead development vendor prioritization efforts in alignment with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
- Lead & prepare for front-end and back-end alignment sessions with IT based on the designed journeys and screens
- Ensure the identification and management of project risks and issues and provide mitigating actions
