Job Description

Primary Purpose:
You demonstrate ownership for the store by maximizing store productivity and profitability. You develop plans to achieve sales and productivity goals and work closely with the brand director to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results.

You lead by example set the tone for the store and provide feedback to their team that will result in more efficient productive and profitable stores that exceed the brands service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Takes ownership and accountability for store productivity and sales plans forecast
  • Creates a high energy sales and service focused environment
  • Oversees the brands service environment within the store by offering constant feedback on service behaviors
  • Manages relationships with key stakeholders for smooth execution to achieve sales
  • Consistently manages physical store environment to ensure that visual merchandising and store maintenance standards are met
  • Identifies underperforming store staff and takes focused action to manage development or counseling
  • Recognizes and values individual performance and communicates appropriately
  • Develops plans to address key business issues and utilizes plans to impact business and achieve desired results


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 5 years store management experience in retail or service industry
  • Experience working in a fastpaced retail environment.
  • Ability to inspire team to meet and exceed performance standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business
  • Great team management skills Peoples Person and strong collaboration with cross functional groups.
