- As Stewarding TC you will be responsible to provide direction, supervision and management to the associates restaurant in order to maximize the quality, service and hygiene provided by this facility.
- It also has the purpose to supervise, enhance and develop the stewarding function in the hotel kitchen in order to maintain the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness
