Job Description:

State Credit ManagerUsed Car Loan (UCL)

l Someone with great interpersonal skills as they will be required to supervise & guide the Area Credit team & Credit Processing unit to ensure seamless processing of the retail loan applications for the state.

l Train the sourcing and processing team to let them manage routine work effectively & to ensure higher productivity.

l Involved with the Channel partners and Vendors to maintain a thriving relationship for smooth functioning of the unit in line with the Business (Involves travelling to key locations)

l Underwriting the loan applications basis the level of sanctioning authority as defined by the management and maintaining the Audit & Compliance requirement as per the laid down standards.

l Actively participate in key departmental initiatives and demonstrate a good team player attribute.

l Planning and coordinating with the business and other units to enhance the processes and system.

l Strive for constant innovation and technological advancement in handling the retail credit processing.

l Ensuring that all key MIS are shared regularly with the stakeholders and management to keep them updated about the product performance on all key points and inventing new MIS through brainstorming sessions for bringing in more meaningful insight for everyone s consumption.

l Maintaining a collaborative approach by enabling right support to business for the allocated state and alongside keep a close watch on the portfolio performance.



Requirements

Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in credit underwriting.
Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 6 8 years of experience in relationship management, portfolio growth, client servicing and business development in organizations providing a suite of product and solutions in a B2B ecosystem of finance, fin tech, reg tech, SaaS sales. Strong understanding of regulatory technology (RegTech) and compliance challenges faced by financial institutions
