Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Mobile Product Manager to support our 2024 projects within the mobile domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management with extensive experience in retail and ecommerce environments particularly focusing on mobile initiatives. As a key member of our team you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop business requirements drive feature enhancements and ensure high adoption rates and customer satisfaction.


Required Skills : Responsibilities: Develop business requirements for mobile app enhancements features and functionality. Act as a liaison between Business and Technology teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations. Attend project meetings and provide status reports to the business team. Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of daily project issues. Educate Brand teams and Stakeholders on recommendations guiding discussions to consensus and driving action items. Develop highlevel business requirements and detailed user stories. Recommend and facilitate crossconcept initiatives and features. Assist in definition and management of project scope and subsequent change requests. Assist in the definition and implementation of new processes related to new features. Gather track and report metrics and key performance indicators for new features and functionality. Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing. Track and report on issues and solutions and escalate when appropriate. Qualifications: 3 years of product management experience within a retailtechnology organization. Experience working on mobile (B2C and B2B) initiatives within a retail and ecommerce environment preferably with high traffic apps with purchase flow. Experience launching a new mobile app is a plus. Strong experience managing relationships with business stakeholders and working crossfunctionally in a complex environment. Proficiency in gathering requirements and documenting them in the form of user stories. Experience with Jira and Confluence specifically authoring effective JIRA stories for functional requirements. Experience authoring test cases aligned with end user expectations. Ability to drive functional backlog prioritization and lead requirement discussions for product enhancements. Effective partnership skills with Operations and technology delivery teams.
