Join our vibrant fintech startup Benjamin backed by toptier venture capitalists Play Ventures & F4 Fund. Were on the lookout for an experienced and forwardthinking Product Marketing Manager to join our team!

At Benjamin were passionate about rewarding everyday actions through our MoMos (Money Moments). Benjamin is a new cashrewards platform for consumers merchants and gamers to earn cash called Benjamin Money Moments by completing daily tasks playing casual games viewing content and ads and making everyday card purchases with cash back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute fullfunnel marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth via acquisition adoption and utilization within target customer accounts.
  • Develop and manage endtoend campaigns from ideation and planning to execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with demand generation product marketing operations and sales teams to create and execute campaigns that are aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform campaign strategy.
  • Manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure that campaigns are personalized and relevant to the customer.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to create compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with customers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with customer success and product teams to identify opportunities for customer advocacy and referrals.
  • Define the target audience positioning messaging and channel strategy rooted in clear objectives and insights
  • Carry out multiple aspects of the product marketing lifecycle: targeted outreach and segmentation strategy education and engagement campaigns and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Work as a flexible member of a small marketing team leaning into new and different projects audience segments and areas as needed
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing Team and Creative Team and craft creative briefs for internal and external creative teams to ensure we produce resonant creatives across all performance channels that are both onbrand and deliver excellent KPIs.
  • Lead drive and refine team processes
  • Creatively iterate on channel strategy including ongoing hypothesis formation and calendar building

Qualifications

  • 2 years of digital marketing experience preferably in apps/and or debit/credit card programs
  • Previous experience from working with credit card / debit card program marketing
  • Strong experience in developing/driving impactful creative campaigns and excellent creative and aesthetic judgment.
  • A KPI and resultsoriented person capable of driving both tactical optimizations and media mix strategy and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills that help you utilize the purchase data and do data driven analysis and decisions
  • Desire to own projects through their full lifecycle: ideation execution and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
