Capitol Bridge is seeking a Sr. Manager -Employee Programs and Experience specializing in developing and administering programs to support all phases of the employment lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for new hires, a seamless exit for departing employees, and the development and administration of our performance review and management processes. This role will be responsible for driving employee engagement, growth, and performance through effective HR practices.


Pay and Benefits
Base Rate: $135,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities:
On-boarding:
  • Develop and maintain an engaging and informative on-boarding program for new exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Partner with HR teammates to coordinate and facilitate on-boarding sessions, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training materials are provided.
Off-boarding:
  • Oversee the off-boarding process, ensuring smooth and respectful exits for departing employees.
  • Partner with HR teammates to develop exit interviews protocols to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Review Process:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and fair performance review process.
  • Work with department managers to establish performance criteria and objectives.
  • Communicate performance review timelines, guidelines, and expectations to leaders and employees and facilitate training on the same.
Performance Management:
  • Create and administer a performance management system that includes regular feedback, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and managers to identify areas for performance improvement and provide guidance on employee development.
  • Handle performance-related issues and assist in conflict resolution when necessary.
Policy Development:
  • Assist in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures related to on-boarding, off-boarding, and performance management.
Data Analysis:
  • Gather and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of on-boarding, off-boarding, and performance management initiatives.
  • Generate reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 7 years of proven experience in HR roles with experience in developing employee-facing programs and supporting leadership at various levels.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
