We are hiring a key office position to be in charge of our inventory and data management. You will manage projects from start to finish. When our truckloads of gorgeous furniture come in its an exciting surprise everyday! You will not be moving furniture no heavy lifting required. This job is the perfect combination of sitting in your comfortable private office and walking our beautiful showroom!

This is a full time permanent position with a flexible schedule and a competitive salary and monthly bonuses. We are a nonsmoking environment. You will have regular reviews and opportunity for a raise at 60 days and one year.

1. Avery Lane plans to expand its operations team to a 3man team in the very near future. For the right person this position could grow within 90 days and could result in a raise of $24/hour. This is an excellent growth opportunity.

2. We just opened our third showroom featuring unique French Italian and American furniture in a wide variety of styles from antiques to contemporary. We are in a prime location close to the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland with easy Freeway access.

Youre the Ideal Candidate if You Have:

• Previous retail and/or data entry experiencethis is required.
• A love and passion for furniture and crave to learn more
• Strong computer skills and enjoy office work
• Some knowledge of social media and marketing is ideal but we can train
• Motivation to get your steps in while at walking at work
• A desire to be part of a great culture and a lively team

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Computer input of new inventory items and downloading photos into inventory management database.
• Preparing inventory tags and backups for new items
• Walking the showroom floor to place tags on the items on the sales floor or in the warehouse
• Updating Consignor database with pricing information
• Filing & answering phones as needed
• Update the showroom website once per week with photos of new arrivals
• Collaborate with the warehouse crew as new items arrive and are unpacked

Skills Required:

• Ability to work as a team player and interact with coworkers and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Need to be very organized and detail oriented
• Should be comfortable in a data entry setting (private office) sitting in front of a computer for extended periods of time.
• Spirit of team work positive attitude and strong work ethic are mandatory. We love team members who smile laugh and make our work environment enjoyable. No negativity or whiners.
• Must be a selfstarter and able to selfmanage projects from start to finish.
• Must have 2 forms of ID and pass EVerify
