Job Description
As the Sr. Data Governance Change Adoption Lead Consultant you will be responsible for driving and facilitating the successful adoption of data governance initiatives. Your main responsibility will be to work with a large global client to lead the change efforts required to increase the adoption of their data governance concepts processes and tools by assessing the change and its impacts on global stakeholders. This role is part of a multiyear program to implement data governance and literacy across a complex global organization.
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify change impacts and develop mitigation plans
Assess organizational readiness for change and develop appropriate communication and training materials.
Facilitate the adoption of data governance practices by promoting awareness and understanding
Drive employee engagement and adoption of change by implementing effective change management techniques.
5 7 years of direct experience in relevant datarelated change adoption roles
Proven experience in change management in a data or analytics domain preferably in a data governance or literacy initiative
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies tools and best practices
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make datadriven decisions.
Knowledge of data governance
Familiarity with industrystandard frameworks
Consulting experience
Experience working in an Agile environment
Knowledge of the restaurant or retail industry
Familiarity with digital transformation
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to navigate in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
Strong communication skills
Excellent presentation skills including storytelling with PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
