    Our international Content Creation team, integrated within the Marketing department, is looking for a Spanish Content Writer (freelance) to be in charge of writing linguistic articles in Spanish.

    The Content Writer for our blog will have the important mission of writing articles in Spanish for those people who are learning Spanish or who are Spanish speakers, both students and professionals, but who want to improve their writing in Spanish and expand their linguistic knowledge.

    With your talent, your passion for language and your knowledge of linguistics, they will learn to be better writers and write impeccable and interesting texts.

    Your main responsibilities as a Spanish content writer will be:

  • Write content on linguistic topics for the QuillBot, LanguageTool and Scribbr blogs.
  • Take care of grammatical topics such as verbs in Spanish (verb modes and tenses, irregular verb forms, etc.), nouns and pronouns (relative pronouns, indefinite pronouns, etc.) or adjectives (possessive adjectives, demonstrative adjectives, etc.) .
  • Improve and reuse existing linguistic content for QuillBot and LanguageTool blogs.
  • Correct content from other writers, focusing on linguistic issues and giving them feedback on their texts.
  • We are looking for:

    Candidates must have extensive knowledge of grammatical concepts such as the syntax of a sentence or the parts and types of sentences that exist (for example, declarative sentences, wishful sentences, doubtful sentences, etc.), to effectively inform an audience about these issues. not expert.

    The ideal Spanish Content Writer has:

  • Academic training in Philology, Linguistics or in a similar field (degree or master's degree).
  • High linguistic knowledge and competence.
  • Native level of Spanish.
  • A basic or intermediate level of English (this is an international team where the working language is English).
  • Approximate availability of about 20 per week to work with us as a freelancer starting March 1 (flexible start date).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Team spirit and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and assimilate the feedback received for your work.
