- Manage our social media communities on different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Encouraging discussion within our online communities and responding to player questions, concerns, and feedback, according to our brand guidelines.
- Assist the team with brainstorming sessions to determine best practices to increase engagement on our social media channels.
- Track and manage the content calendar for social media and blog posts, schedule content, and provide feedback on performance.
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activities within the social media spaces.
- Create weekly reports on performance and feedback.
