Sourcing specialist

Job Description

• Developing & executing the local sourcing strategies that delivers a competitive advantage driving the strategic supplier initiatives. This includes supplier selection development and supplier consolidation to ensure optimization and overall supplier performance.
• Driving sourcing execution for Capex /Opex buying including fulfillment / buy and meeting

deflation targets.

• Performing detailed cost analysis of indirect spend & processes used by our suppliers to ensure highest quality at the right cost solution.

• Monitoring supplier performance and developing improvement strategies to ensure business needs are met.

• Identify lead and execute supplier contracts matching defined objective of quality cost and Delivery for commodity supplier base

• Driving business productivity metrics affected by indirect sourcing ensuring accuracy identifying new areas of opportunity to drive cost out implement operating efficiency or improve productivity including various cost reduction activity /projects within the P&L.

• Partnering with key local business stakeholders to ensure sourced indirect spend and services meet the needs of the business.
• Driving improvements in indirect sourcing processes including escalations and database management.

Education & Skills

• Candidate can having experience of minimum 06 months to 01 year in any industry.
• Graduate Engineer (Any) / Masters MBA Production
• Wellversed with MS Office
