Meta Ad Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our team at ViralChilly and lead our advertising efforts across Meta platforms (Facebook Instagram Messenger). The ideal candidate is passionate about digital advertising and has a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta platforms. As a Meta Ads Specialist you will play a key role in driving engagement increasing conversions and achieving our business objectives through strategic advertising initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook Instagram Messenger) to drive website traffic increase conversions and achieve business goals.
• Conduct audience research ad targeting and ad creation to optimize campaign performance and maximize results.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR CPC conversion rate and ROI and make datadriven decisions to optimize performance.
• Implement A/B testing retargeting strategies and other optimization techniques to continuously improve ad performance and drive results.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads updates industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are optimized for success.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to clients highlighting successes challenges and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist or similar role with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Expertise in the Meta Ads Manager platform including proficiency in audience targeting ad creation and campaign optimization.
• Indepth knowledge of PPC principles ad targeting strategies and bidding strategies specific to Meta platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Things You Should Know:

• Timings will be 9 Am to 6:30 Pm
• We work Monday to Friday.
• Saturday and Sunday are off.
• 30minute lunch break 15minute tea break and nbsp;
• Work From Office
