Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Accountabilities:

• Execution and delivery of endtoend recruitment process on all levels guiding Hiring Manager (HM) through the entire process to ensure the best suitable candidate in alignment with team members and future needs.
• Overall responsible for assigned Job Requisitions and need to closely work with various stakeholders (BU Head HM HRBP Sourcer Admin) till closure
• Matrix management of sourcer and admin through process from Recruitment Strategy Discussion (RSD) setting mutual expectations to hire (through strong partnership and coaching with the RPO provider)
• Acts as TA subject matter expert for the HRBP and business regarding upcoming organizational changes headcount implications and timelines.
• Liaise with HRBP as a trusted advisor with input to Work Force Planning (WFP) and drives the TA part of the process.
• Together with sourcing partner provides forecasts and knowledge about industry trends/benchmarking based on LoB future plans.
• Guardian of Novo Nordisk employer value proposition to ensure that NNs proposition is conveyed in a compelling way across the recruitment life cycle and thereby enhance Novo Nordisk employer brand in the country /potentially other countries.
• Determine all recruitment strategies for all senior positions. Ensure minimal use of external search agencies and increase utilisation of inhouse proactive search services
