Role and Responsibilities:
The Solution Consultant will be responsible for:
- Executing the full lifecycle of virtual assistant implementation and configuration
- Encoding employee engagement surveys and their configurations
- Understanding the fulltech architecture of the virtual assistants and suggesting improvements and changes as required
- Leading planning and gathering business requirements for the required solution
- Providing resolutions to tech support issues within defined SLAs
- Ensuring clients change requests are addressed effectively and in a timely manner
- Taking personal responsibility for endtoend delivery of the requirements collaborating closely with business and technical team members
- Architecting and conceptualizing the solution from initiation to completion meeting client requirements
- Developing flowcharts layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
- Identifying issues by looking at debug logs from various internal and external sources
- Supporting CSMs with data update and correction requests
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- 26 years of experience
- Should have done Btech/BE from Tier1 college.
- Coding/scripting experience with Node.js or similar framework
- Experience with databases preferably nonSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Good documentation skills and handson knowledge on reportmaking
- Thorough knowledge of REST SOAP and OData APIs as well as experience with API Testing tools like Postman SOAP UI etc.

- Coding/scripting (Node.js)
