Job Description

  • Job Description
    • Answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional level
    • Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
    • Provide ERP and product expertise and solution blueprints.
    • Understand the business and operational or goals the prospect has and recommends a solution that ensures the optimum usage and utilization of Profile products and services; this can include a full pre-sales lifecycle from RFI response/requirement analysis, to running a scoping exercise or engage in a prototype/proof of concept for agreed requirements.
    • Having a detailed knowledge of the functionality and technology of the product range.
    • Ensuring that all materials such as presentations and demonstrations are maintained up to date.
    • Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings to generate and qualify new leads
    • Keep strong relation with existing customers and open new accounts/clients.Record and maintain client contact database
    • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company objectives.
    • Maintain customer satisfaction
    • Liaise with other members of the technical team
    • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to build relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
    • Cooperate with the Digital Marketing team in creating various online promotions and campaigns to get our company message out.
    • Ability to demonstrate cooperate products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
    • Engage directly with clients to understand their business and technical needs and provide them with the initial solution
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Partner with the technical team to deliver technical architecture, solution, sizing, and full customer requirements to ensure smooth and successful project implementation
    • Follow up with customers during the project implementation to ensure their satisfaction
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
    • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry
      trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Answering any technical questions the client might have
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
    • Contact new clients to follow up on their business and achieve the company’s plan to reach a certain target of the client.

Job Requirements

  • Job Requirements
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in software industry
    • Ability to communicate a strong understanding of the business issues related to enterprise software
    • Strong and proven writing and speaking communication skills
    • Design thinking or other group collaboration methodologies
    • Technically adept including the ability to quickly redesign presentations and configure applications
    • Possess high integrity, teamwork, and strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communicator on the phone, email, messaging apps, and face to face!
    • High Negotiation & Analytical skills.
    • Computer Skills and Microsoft Office literate.
    • Very good in English (written & spoken)
    • Energetic, Ambitious, self-motivated and result orientated
    • Self-discipline & time-management
    • Having a customer database is highly preferred!
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi-tasks at a time
    • Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and result-oriented
    • Has the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and clients.
    • A car owner is preferable.
    • Ability to work with a phone for long hours.
    • Former telesales and communications skills training and IT (software) knowledge is required.
    • Experience in CRM, ERP or similar software is preferred.
