Software Quality Assurance Engineer

The professional will be responsible for developing a complete QA program that will advance our products in accuracy security and safety.

• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  
• Create detailed comprehensive and wellstructured test plans and test cases
  
• Estimate prioritize plan and coordinate testing activities
  
• Automate at least 60% of the processes
  
• Design develop and execute automation scripts using opensource tools
  
• Identify record document thoroughly and track bugs
  
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  
• Liaise with developers and product managers to identify system requirements
  
• Monitor debugging process results
  
• Investigate the causes of nonconforming software and train users to implement solutions
  
• Track quality assurance metrics like defect densities and open defect counts
  
• Stay uptodate with new testing tools and test strategies
  
• Transfer application data and knowledge to monitoring and ticketing support analysts to facilitate and improve service support for all IT solutions.
  
• Liaise with the software developers to create technical documents.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of software quality assurancespecific experience with at least 2 years of experience in web Automation using Cucumber Selenium or Cypress are preferred
  
• A minimum of 2 years experience using postman for API testing and Jmeter for Load testing
  
• Must be able to use test management tools like Jira Trello and Azure.
  
• Understands and follows best practices in software testing
  
• Experience working in an agile environment
  
• Able to communicate clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences
