Overview:
The Software Engineer plays a crucial role in our organization by designing developing and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. They are responsible for the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze design and implement software solutions
- Develop highquality software design and architecture
- Identify prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle
- Develop tools and applications by producing clean efficient code
- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
- Review and debug code
- Perform validation and verification testing
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with team members to improve the company s engineering tools systems and procedures
- Participate in code reviews and identify areas for improvement
- Manage individual project priorities deadlines and deliverables
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new software engineers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java C Python or Ruby
- Experience with Agile frameworks and development practices
- Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and objectoriented design
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Experience with databases and data storage solutions
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance processes
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git or SVN
- Experience with web development and cloud technologies is a plus
- Certifications in relevant technologies is an advantage
