Software Engineer - Composer Routing Developer

Need a composer routing/platform developer having good analytical and development skillset with flexibility to learn and adopt.

A Genesys Core and Voice engineer is responsible for the design implementation and maintenance of Genesys customer engagement solutions. Some specific responsibilities include:

• Design and configuration of Genesys Core and Voice components including IVR call routing and call recording.
• Integration of Genesys Core and Voice solutions with other enterprise systems such as CRM ERP and databases.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Genesys Core and Voice systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Collaboration with crossfunctional teams including developers network engineers and customer support to provide endtoend customer engagement solutions.
• Management of Genesys upgrades patches and security updates to keep the systems uptodate and secure.
• Development of custom scripts and applications to enhance the functionality of Genesys Core and Voice systems.
• Provision of technical support and training to endusers and other technical teams.
