Open Position: Software Developer Team Lead (J2EE)

A Techbased Company is looking for a Team Lead Java Software Development to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.

Key requirements include:

• Engage in the requirement design implementation testing and support of custom IT solutions including features enhancements new functionalities and backend systems integration.
  
• Define and manage resource plan aligning to the project schedule
  
• Plan and drive the project s technical execution to achieve the scope and timeline.
  
• Responsible to monitor report technical execution and all technical issues risk or mitigation plan in a timely manner.
  
• Strong technical experience in JAVA EE as well as other software dependencies
  
• Good experience in managing a team including coaching and providing technical leadership
