Job Title: Software Architect Expert

Location: 40% Remote; In office Tues./Wed./Thurs.

Duration: 30 Months

Hours: 40 hrs. per week / MonFri 8:30am to 5pm ET (negotiable)

Position Skill Level: 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications:

• IBM Mainframe COBOL Programming: Minimum 84 months of experience in IBM Mainframe COBOL programming demonstrating proficiency in developing and maintaining complex systems.
• Tax Processing Systems Development: Minimum 84 months of experience in developing tax processing systems in a federal state or municipal agency with a deep understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• IBM DB2 for z/OS: Minimum 84 months of handson experience with IBM DB2 for z/OS including database design administration and performance tuning.
• JCL (Job Control Language): Minimum 84 months of experience in writing and debugging JCL for batch processing on IBM mainframe systems.
• IBM MQ Series: Minimum 48 months of experience with IBM MQ Series including setup configuration and administration of message queuing systems.
• Technical Design Specification Documents: Minimum 48 months of experience writing technical design specification documents detailing system architecture data flows and component interactions.
• Java Programming in IBM Environment: Minimum 60 months of experience with Java programming in an IBM environment utilizing IBMs Rational Application Developer (RAD) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS) for application development and deployment.
