    Job Summary

    As a Social Media Specialist at wajeez, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives. Your role involves creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and generate leads or sales.

    Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and target audience preferences.
  • Content Creation and Curation: write social media content Generating and curating compelling content, including text, images, videos, and interactive media, tailored to each social media platform to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Campaign Management: Planning and executing social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and sponsored posts, to drive specific marketing objectives such as lead generation, website traffic, or product sales.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and optimize future strategies.
  • Drive traffic to the mobile app through social media channels.
  • Stay Updated: Keeping abreast of social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to leverage emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing managers, to ensure social media activities are integrated with overall marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
  • Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Social Media.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising campaigns and budget management.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
