Social Media Director

My Cloud Crew is a rapidly expanding cloud staffing firm. We hire seriously talented work-from-home Filipino staff to work with our Australian and/ or US clients. At MCC, we specialize in factional cloud staffing, so if you are great at working with several clients at the same time, this is the home for you.

We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketerto direct and administer social media accounts for some of our clients. You will be responsible for creating original written and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. As a Social Media Marketer, you will to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer
  
• Hands on experience in content management
  
• Excellent copywriting skills
  
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics a plus
  
• Knowledge of online marketing channels a plus
  
• Familiarity with web design a plus
  
• Making enticing graphics
  
• Develop social media processes for each clients
  
• Provide in-depth reports and analytics
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
  
• Confident to liaise with western virtual bosses
  
• Awareness of business culture of our Western clients
  
• Use of English phrases and sentences that is agreeable and accepted internationally
  
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
  
• Experience with Google Drive, such as Sheets, Docs
  
• Experience with Cloud CRM and task management systems
  
• At least 13-inch monitor
  
• Processor should be at least i5 or equivalent and at least 8 Gb of RAM or is running on SSD
