Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer to join our team in Coppell TX. This role requires handson experience with Snowflake cloud warehouse along with strong expertise in data management and integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating ETL pipelines analyzing SQL procedures and working with cloud AWS architecture. Financial services industry experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience in Data Management: Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Management and specialized in Analytical data warehouse.
• Snowflake Cloud Warehouse: Minimum 3 years handson experience with Snowflake cloud warehouse and its features.
• Cloud AWS Architecture: Good knowledge of cloud AWS architecture and its services.
• SQL and PL/SQL: Experience in creating and analyzing SQL and PL/SQL procedures for data integration.
• ETL Development: Developing ETL pipelines in and out of data warehouse using a combination of Python and Snowflake SQL. Developing scripts using Unix shell to do Extract and Load data.
• Data Modeling: Good understanding of logical and physical data models to support analytics and business intelligence.
• Data Processing: Experience in creating SQLbased processes to build slowly changing dimension and various types of facts.
• Data Management Tasks: Experience in Data Lineage Analysis Data Profiling Mapping Integration ETL Validation Cleansing Masking Subsetting Profiling Archiving Purging Virtualization Metadata Management Performing Unit Test System integration test Support UAT.
• SQL Performance Tuning: Involve SQL performance tuning Root causing failures and bifurcating them into different technical issues and resolving them.
• Agile Methodology: Engaged in projects using Agile methodology and documentation using Jira.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Candidates with Financial Services Industry experience will be preferred over others!
