- Handling the Agency Appointments and the operational matters for Vessels calling Aqaba port in addition to coordinating with Aqaba to ensure smooth delivery.
- Handling all husbandry matters such as; crew transfers, spare parts logistics, landed cargo and provisions supply, and ensure on-time delivery to all services requested by vessels calling Aqaba under our Agency.
- Handling Proforma DA inquiries and questionnaires regarding rules, regulations, and tariffs at Aqaba port and calculating ves
- sel’s Proforma Disbursement Account for the Inquiries and following up on the settlement of pre-funding
