Job Description

  • implement and deliver recruitment plans/strategies to support the workforce planning and talent strategy
  • Stakeholder Management: Interact with internal and external stakeholders by managing, developing and maintaining the communication flow
  • Partners closely with business leaders to link the organization and hiring strategies to improve our organizational effectiveness while delivering exceptional experience in line with the global TA processes and compliance.
  • Support strategic projects; engage and lead workstreams in cross functional projects related to TA topics by identifying niche skills required, pipeline for succession planning, to strategically facilitate execution of business programs and strategic workforce plans.
  • Achieve the assigned hiring goals by executing a recruiting plan using a core team of TA specialists.
  • Root cause analysis: Review and establish analysis for unfavorable trends in the metrics and provide solutions
  • Responsible for capturing and generating reports on metrics on monthly/quarterly basis
