Job Role: ServiceNow Architect
Job Location: Fort Worth TX 76134 (Hybrid)
Long term contract/Fulltime
Must Have:
- Candidate Must have 45 years of Architect Level exp
- ServiceNow professional with deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products ITSM ITOM (CSDM CMDB Discovery & Event Mgmt) APM HRSD IRM BCM IT Asset Management etc
- Experience with system administration
- Experience with system upgrade & upgrade related activities
- Understanding of ServiceNow licenses plugins activating plugin and related license dependencies
- Experience with various integrations & APIs.
- Work with DevOps team for story backlogs and delivery schedule
- Perform POCs
- Establish strong partnership with Business owners/product owners help with developing road map
- Support with establishing governance model identifying & implementing areas of improvement for effective governance.
