Job Role: ServiceNow Architect

Job Location: Fort Worth TX 76134 (Hybrid)

Long term contract/Fulltime

Must Have:

• Candidate Must have 45 years of Architect Level exp
• ServiceNow professional with deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products ITSM ITOM (CSDM CMDB Discovery & Event Mgmt) APM HRSD IRM BCM IT Asset Management etc
• Experience with system administration
• Experience with system upgrade & upgrade related activities
• Understanding of ServiceNow licenses plugins activating plugin and related license dependencies
• Experience with various integrations & APIs.
• Work with DevOps team for story backlogs and delivery schedule
• Perform POCs
• Establish strong partnership with Business owners/product owners help with developing road map
• Support with establishing governance model identifying & implementing areas of improvement for effective governance.
