Job Title: Network Architect # (CR262) Location: Vacaville CA Longterm position Key requirements: Extensive handson experience with F5 WAF and Load balancer experience in AWS VPC EC2 ELB Transit gateway managing DDoS solution with Cloudflare or Akamai and managing Pala Alto global protect VPN Technical Skills: Expertise in Palo Alto Network Firewall Global Protect VPN Prisma Cloud Cisco ASA and Firepower F5 Load Balancers AWS ELB OSI layer 2 and 3 routing protocols (BGP OSPF EIGRP) network security methodologies network admin and monitoring tools administrative scripting skills knowledge of Cisco IOS NXOS data center related technology MPLS network Cisco Fabric interconnect configuration Cisco F5 Palo Alto Firewall Websense/Forcepoint Juniper and other vendor equipment and configuration Pulse Secure and Global Protect (Palo Alto) VPN Cisco Network Devices automation Ansible or Python scripting for Network automation Responsibilities: Overseeing planning design implementation and operation of network infrastructure projects managing implementation of network infrastructure projects reviewing network design for risks serving as a liaison to vendors providing onsite and remote technical assistance documenting new Infrastructure environments providing infrastructure design implementation planning deployment support software strategy system troubleshooting performance engineering and optimization maintenance strategy providing technical guidance establishing networking environment maximizing network performance securing network and server systems reporting network operational status participating in capacity planning and demand forecasting collaborating with crossfunctional teams Must be available for 24/7 support.
